24/7 Guarded Access Starting 1 October 2025
Dear Residents,
Starting 1 October 2025, 8:00 AM, our taman will begin a 24/7 guarded access system to make our neighbourhood safer and more secure.

Old Stickers – Guards will collect old stickers (valid until 30 June 2025). We kindly ask for your cooperation.

Yellow Stickers – If you’ve updated your payments, please place your yellow sticker on your car for smooth entry.

Visitors & Non-Sticker Cars – Drivers will be asked to show and scan their driving licence at the gate.

Payments – If you haven’t updated your payments yet, please do so online as soon as possible so you can enjoy easy access.

Community Unity – Some non-paying members may resist the new system. Let’s stay united as one community to support this effort with RA and RT.

Police Support – We have also discussed with the police to monitor security, especially during the first 1–2 weeks.

New Auto Gates – At Gate 1 and Gate 3, automatic exit gates will be installed. Please remember to slow down when exiting.
There may be some early adjustments, but together we can make this a success. With your cooperation, we hope to see fewer outsider vehicles parking inside our taman and a safer environment for everyone.
